Racoon Clan Readings: Queer and trans NDNs find kin in cities, make territory of dance floors and other forms of queer time and place, and are so sekkred with their leather styles, cheimically assisted visions, and cheap tabacco. Raccoon Clan Readings celebrates all the urban dwelling NDN mammals who burn a little too brightly.

Peach Purée (de Pêches): Elle Barbara marks a gradual return to music with a fresh new video, starring members of the Idiosyncratic Meta House of Barbara. Following the release of the Streisand-esque Si j’étais un homme back in August, this visual production, for the self-penned Peach Purée, is the first to be credited to the underground heroine’s afro-diasporic outfit Elle Barbara’s Black Space.The music video premier will broadcast on the slutislandfestial.com homepage.
